The 2025 Asia Cup turned out to be a tough tournament for young Pakistani batter Saim Ayub. Instead of shining, he made an unwanted record.

In Pakistan’s final Super Four match against Bangladesh, Saim was dismissed without scoring. He gave a simple catch to Rishad Hossain off Mahedi Hasan’s bowling.
